Roles and Responsibilities – AV Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Audio-Visual (AV) projects, ensuring timely completion within defined quality standards and project requirements.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of AV solutions, including video conferencing systems, auditorium solutions, projectors, mixers, amplifiers, public address (PA) systems, lighting control, automation systems, interactive displays, and digital signage.
• Handle specialized AV projects, including video conferencing, parliamentary solutions, lighting solutions, auditorium solutions, interactive displays, and digital signage systems.
• Conduct site visits across Gujarat, other locations in India, and abroad as required for project surveys, installation supervision, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and review project plans, technical specifications, system designs, BOQs, and implementation schedules.
• Supervise AV system installation, integration, configuration, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure effective coordination between the project management team, engineering team, installation team, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct client meetings, provide project updates, deliver technical presentations, and maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and company procedures during project execution.
• Provide technical support, oversee system handover, and ensure proper documentation and client training upon project completion.
• Manage multiple AV projects simultaneously while maintaining project timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

• B.Tech. qualification with relevant specialization in Audio-Visual (AV) systems, as per Microlink standards.
• Prior experience in executing and managing AV projects is mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge of video conferencing systems, auditorium solutions, parliamentary solutions, projectors, mixers, amplifiers, public address systems, lighting control and automation, interactive displays, and digital signage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and client-handling abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project locations across Gujarat, India, and abroad.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project execution, and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Primary domain must be Audio-Visual (AV), with relevant hands-on project experience.
