Store Executive

Store Executive – IT Infrastructure | Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management of IT Hardware, Networking Devices, and Accessories.

• Material Receipt, Inspection, Storage, and Issuance.

• Maintain Stock Registers and Update ERP/Inventory Systems.

• Track Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Switches, Routers, Cables, and Other IT Assets.

• Maintain Inward/Outward Records, Delivery Challans, and Material Issue Slips.

• Coordinate with Vendors, Procurement, Project, and Technical Teams.

• Monitor Stock Levels and Ensure Timely Material Availability.

• Track Asset Allocation, Returns, Repairs, and Replacements.

• Conduct Regular Physical Stock Verification and Reconciliation.

• Ensure Proper Storage, Labelling, and Safe Handling of Materials.

• Prepare Inventory Reports and Maintain Accurate Documentation.

• Support Project Material Dispatches and Inter-location Transfers.

  Must have experience in IT Infrastructure products..

  Education – Any Graduate
